Role Purpose

Join Lesaka Point of Sale as a Customer Software Support Consultant and play a vital role in helping hospitality businesses succeed. Youโ€™ll provide expert support, deliver training, and configure point-of-sale systems to meet client needs.

This is a dynamic role for a customer-focused professional with strong technical and hospitality experience who thrives in a hybrid work environment.


๐ŸŒŸ Key Responsibilities

  • Support: Understand client requirements and use POS features to help manage their business.
  • Training: Deliver online, classroom, and onsite training sessions.
  • POS Setup: Create menu layouts according to client specifications.
  • Operational Duties: Complete general tasks as assigned.

๐Ÿ’ผ Minimum Requirements

  • Basic understanding of stock movement in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in a management or senior position in sit-down or QSR restaurants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Punctual, reliable, and presentable with strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable, insured vehicle for business use.
  • Fluent in English with good telephone etiquette.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Home office setup with stable internet for hybrid work.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (advantageous).
