Role Purpose
Join Lesaka Point of Sale as a Customer Software Support Consultant and play a vital role in helping hospitality businesses succeed. Youโll provide expert support, deliver training, and configure point-of-sale systems to meet client needs.
This is a dynamic role for a customer-focused professional with strong technical and hospitality experience who thrives in a hybrid work environment.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Support: Understand client requirements and use POS features to help manage their business.
- Training: Deliver online, classroom, and onsite training sessions.
- POS Setup: Create menu layouts according to client specifications.
- Operational Duties: Complete general tasks as assigned.
๐ผ Minimum Requirements
- Basic understanding of stock movement in the hospitality sector.
- Experience in a management or senior position in sit-down or QSR restaurants.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Punctual, reliable, and presentable with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driverโs license and reliable, insured vehicle for business use.
- Fluent in English with good telephone etiquette.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Home office setup with stable internet for hybrid work.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (advantageous).
